TIGERHAWK PROFILES is a custom processor of extruded plastic. Producing high quality profiles, pipe and trim to OEM customers in Agriculture, Refrigeration, Appliance, Machinery Manufacturers and other varied industries. Tigerhawk Profiles is a merger of J&B Plastics, Inc., located in Fairfield Iowa and Eagle Plastics, Inc., located in Keosauqua Iowa. The combination of the two companies provides over 60 years’ history in the plastic extrusion industry. We are located in Southeast Iowa in a climate controlled facility.

We provide quality service with a small town, family oriented team of employees who take pride in providing great customer service, quality products with on-time delivery.

We are a total plastic extrusion source from initial product conception through completion we provide the following services:

• Product development assistance as well as on-going consulting for continuing improvement and cost saving concepts.
• Secondary Services including sub-assemblies, post forming, heat sealing, printing and specialty packaging requirements as well as inventory management services.
• Production capabilities – extruding rigid/flexible PVC, ABS, polystyrene, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, HMWPE, santoprene, polypropylene as well as engineered resins such as acetal, nylons and polycarbonates.
• Co-extrusion capabilities.
